Information about the town and the Lyon1 University campus.

You can find the information about Lyon/Villeurbanne agglomeration in the different URLs, the good starting point is  the Subway Navigator for Lyon.
The bus/metro ticket  (8FF) is valid (after validation in the validation box) for 1 hour, you can change the lines (round trip not permitted). You can buy the ticket in the ticket machine at the entry to metro, or in the bus.
The IN2P3 Computer Center is located on the Lyon1 University campus (La Doua). Some maps and University informations may be usefull.

How to get to the IN2P3 Computer Center?

From the Lyon Airport (Satolas - LYS):

The regular bus service between Lyon Satolas Airport and the town is available every 20 mins. The bus ticket counter is located in the hall between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. The bus is serving the railway stations: La Part Dieu and Perrache. The one way ride takes about 30mins, the price is 46 FF. If you are going directly to the IN2P3 Computer Center, you should take out at La Part Dieu bus stop. The additional information about this bus service is available by calling 0472227127.

From the Railway station "La Part Dieu"

If you arrive by train (for example by TGV from Paris), it is more convenient to take out from the train at the railway station La Part Dieu.
From the railway station you can take the bus number 26 in the direction "Campus de la Doua". The bus stop name is "CONDORCET", which is not far from the entry to the campus (27 Bd du 11 Novembre) see the map for the details. The campus is in the North-Est part of the LYON-VILLEURANNE agglomeration.
